Long term workload assessment
Is there any way I can get an assessment of how much my workload has grown over time? When I look at the following charts in my fitness app it is apparent that my workload over the last three months has grown by a bit. I can’t seem to find more detailed analytics by how much though. My daily workload is always steady. However, being steady by +1% (7 day vs 28 day load) means your growing slowly but surely. I find it frustrating that I can’t get specific data by how much I have grown my workload except for the rule of thumb estimate. Am I missing something?
