Phinn&TheGirls: Sunny’s Snow Day

*People always want more time. Say that if they had more of it, they’d be able to fix everything…but me? I just need a few seconds to break anything.*

— - —

Leaning against a golden balcony’s railing, Sunny Moon’s blonde hair fluttered in the cool night breeze like a pennant on a moonlit ship. The night sky above was a canvas of indigo, scattered with distant stars that seemed to wink at her with silent amusement.

Her emerald eyes, usually so sharp and vigilant, were slightly glazed, a side effect of her teleporting hexx. It wasn’t the first time she had felt the gentle tug of displacement, the feeling of being slightly untethered from reality, but it was always peculiar.

She liked to think of it as her brain taking a little vacation, floating in a sea of cosmic dust.

The beautiful black sleeveless dress she wore clung to her slender body, accentuating her toned arms and the delicate curves of her waist and bubbly ass.

The neckline plunged just low enough to hint at the modest A cups that lay beneath, the fabric framing the pale mounds like a precious jewel in a velvet case.

The skirt of the dress swayed and fluttered with her every step, revealing the occasional glimpse of her slender legs, which she had to admit, was a rather nice change of pace from the thick leather she usually sported.

*<sunny, are you doing okay?>* a ghostly voice crossed her mind, momentarily sounding too far away before becoming clear in her thoughts.

Sunny looked around, her eyes focusing on Lila Half’Berry, the cleric of the group, standing a few feet away, her white and silver hair glowing against the dark backdrop of the night.

Lila’s expression was as usual, unreadable, but the concern in her telepathic voice was palpable.

*<Yea! Wide awake. Just…got lost in thought. Sucks that Phinn isn’t here. I thik he’s faking that his numb nuts aches>* Sunny replies, her signature high voice echoing over the psychic link.

The royal party below was a wave of colors and sounds, a stark contrast to the shadows that had claimed the balcony. The courtyard was ablaze with torches and the chatter of nobles dressed in their finest silks and jewels. The air was thick with the scent of roasting meats and the sweet aroma of exotic fruits.

The clinking of glasses and the melodious laughter of the guests echoed up to their perch, creating a symphony of decadence as Lila approached Sunny with a grace that belied her size, the moon’s glow highlighting her purple irises that pierced through the night.

*<Phinn’s testicles are indeed quite robust, but they need their rest, lest they turn into goop from overstimulation. My repair spells don’t fix everything right away sometimes>* she thought-spoke, with a hint of amusement in her monotone voice.

Sunny couldn’t help but pout, her full lips puckering out like a ripe peach. She knew Lila was right, but she couldn’t help but feel like the party was lacking without their fearless leader’s towering presence and his ever-so-famous, yet somehow ever-so-cursed manhood.

Without him she didn’t have a low hanging pair of nads to kick at for practice. And since they’ve been hired by the duke himself, she was to stay vigilant without revealing her magical Hexx abilities. All to “keep the peace” or whatever garbage they were told.

But here she was, leaning into the warmth of Lila Half’Berry, feeling the comforting pat of the cleric’s hand on her head. It was a gentle gesture, one that was almost motherly. Sunny couldn’t help but let out a sigh, the sound lost in the din of the festivities below.

The touch was firm but tender, and it soothed her in a way that the warm whiskey from the goblet in her hand couldn’t quite manage.

A flash of pink caught Sunny’s eye, and she looked down to see a tipsy noblewoman, her dress a garish explosion of color against the more subdued tones of the courtyard.

The woman’s laughter was a cackle that sliced through the air, and she swung her bejeweled purse with a wild abandon that was both fascinating and a little terrifying.

The purse, a gaudy accessory that matched the woman’s loud personality, connected with a sickening thwack to a servant’s groin. The sound was muffled by the thrum of the party, but the man’s reaction was not.

He doubled over, eyes watering, and a high-pitched squeal escaped his lips, his cheeks reddening as he cupped his testicles with both hands.

Sunny couldn’t help but feel a twinge of pity for the poor soul who was now writhing in pain on the cobblestone floor even as she smiled.

*That hardly counted as a prank or a fair dual.*

Lila winced at the sight of the unfortunate servant, her pointed tail swishing behind her with a hint of annoyance. Sunny watched as the cleric’s expression tightened, the corners of her mouth turning down in a rare show of disapproval.

Without a second thought, Lila pushed away from the balcony railing and strode towards the stairs, her wooden staff tucked under one arm.

*<I’m going to go check on him. It’s not right to let someone suffer unnecessarily, even if it was by accident.>* Lila’s voice was firm in Sunny’s head, a clear indication she had made up her mind.

The pink-draped noblewoman, her laughter now a cackle, leaned down to the suffering servant, her voice slurred and her eyes glinting with mischief.

*“Are you serving cracked walnuts, my dear? Your little dance is quite entertaining!”*

The noblewoman’s words, slurred by the effects of the wine, barely registered in Sunny’s mind as she watched the scene unfold. She knew Lila would handle it, the cleric had a way of dealing with things that needed a supporter.

Someone to care when everyone else doesn’t.

Lila’s tail swished angrily as she descended the stairs, her stride swift yet silent, the perfect blend of elegance and urgency. The crowd parted for her, their eyes drawn to the unmistakable authority that radiated from her, even when she wasn’t in her usual battle garb.

As she reached the servant, she crouched down, the fabric of her dress brushing against the cold stone beneath her. Her touch was gentle as she began to rub the man’s lower back, her purple tiefling hands warm and filled with a soothing magic that she hoped would ease his nut pain.

Meanwhile, Sunny’s curiosity had been piqued by the vast mansion’s insides. The walls were lined with tapestries that told stories of battles long forgotten, their threads shimmering with the light of the flickering torches.

Her eyes danced over the intricate patterns, her mind racing with the tales they could tell if only they had the words.

With a cheeky smirk, she teleported into the grand hall, the blue and black dust from her displacement spell leaving a trail of twinkling motes that swirled in the air behind her.

The grandeur of the place was stifling, the heavy drapes and the opulent furniture seemingly whispering secrets of wealth and power.

The sound of air being displaced grew more pronounced as Sunny darted through the mansion, her movements swift and silent like a phantom. Her eyes glittered with mischief as she took in the grandeur of the place, her mind already racing with the possibilities of where she could hide and jump out at the unsuspecting partygoers.

She teleported from shadow to shadow, her giggles echoing faintly as she left a trail of after images in her wake.

Her teleportation spell was always a bit unpredictable, especially when she was feeling the effects of the potent magic that surged through her veins.

Her tattoo, a complex array of swirling lines and symbols etched into the smooth skin of her lower back, began to pulse with a gentle purple light as the thrill of the night's adventure grew within her.

It helped keep her grounded but for someone who can’t be contained, security detail was the worst…that is, until it wasn’t.

Bamfing into the library section of the mansion, Sunny found herself coming face to face with a man she’d never seen before.

A white fur beast man looked up from the ancient tome he’d been reading, his piercing blue eyes narrowing at the sudden intrusion. He wore a dark blue wizard’s cloak, the edges trimmed with silver thread that caught the moonlight and cast intricate patterns onto the floor. His fur was sleek and clean, and his muscular form was barely contained by the fabric that clung to him.

A low growl rumbled from his chest, his feline features contorting into a snarl that exposed sharp canines. “Elf…”

The book in his paws slammed shut with a thunderous sound that seemed to resonate through the very air, and a cloud of dust billowed out. Black dust…

*What is that?* Sunny’s eyes widened as she stared at the crimson and onyx tome with the intricate gold trim on the front cover.

*It doesn’t look right…and he doesn’t look like one of the guests.*

“I’m sorry to have to do this but I wasn’t meant to be seen by anyone here. Which means I will have to either wipe your memory or…kill you.”

The jaguar man, Xzyn, took a step towards her, his muscular legs flexing with the grace of a predator. The room around them grew colder as the runes on the shelf beside Sunny began to glow with an icy blue aura. The leather-bound tomes and dusty scrolls rattled, as if a sudden chill had blown through the library.

“Whichever one I’m in the mood for will work.”

*Oh no. Bad guy!*

Sunny’s eyes grew wide, realizing too late as the bookshelves trembled and a gust of frosty wind whipped around her. The pages of a book fluttered to life, tearing themselves free from their ancient bindings.

They grew wings and transformed into a flock of paper birds, their edges sharp as razors, their eyes gleaming with the same cold light as Xzyn’s.

Sunny’s heart raced as the room turned into a whirlwind of paper and frost. She teleported just in time, the paper birds cutting through the air where she had been a split second ago. But as she landed only a few feet away, they dove towards her new position.

*They’re fast!* She breaks through her hazy mind to twirl and do the splits, letting two frozen book birds fly between her legs and crash into the floor with a sound like shattering ice.

*Just like Jean. Think like her…what would she do?*

The pages of the ancient tomes fluttered around her like dead leaves in a storm, each one a potential weapon.

But Xzyn had other ideas. With a grace that defied his beastly form, he lunged, his fur rippling as his muscles coiled and released. In a blur of motion, he was upon her, his hand shooting out like a viper’s strike.

The teleportation took its toll, leaving Sunny's senses swimming but she had been through this before. Her secondary instincts took over as she rolled to the side, narrowly dodging the icy grip that sought to encase her and *bamfing* away.

But as the dust from her displacement cleared, Xzyn was already casting. His fur bristled as the room pulsed blue and a blast of arctic wind shot from his palms. The air grew thick with frost and shards of ice as the blast hit the floor where she had just been standing, leaving behind a sheet of glossy ice in its wake.

Sunny’s heart raced as she took in the sudden cold, the shards of ice cutting into her dress, leaving a trail of frost on the delicate fabric. She grimaced as the cold seeped into her skin, but she knew she had to keep moving. She couldn’t let this stranger get the upper hand, not here, not now.

With a burst of speed that belied her small frame, she teleported behind a towering bookshelf, her form flickering like a candle in a breeze before solidifying once again.

The books on the shelves trembled as she passed, their dusty spines shivering with secrets that had been buried for centuries.

The air grew still, the only sound the faint rustling of pages as the shards of ice clattered to the ground.

Xzyn sneered, his feline eyes glinting with malice. "So, you think you can just pop in and out like that, elf? Cowards always use the same moves."

Sunny's cheeks flushed with a mix of anger and embarrassment. She hated being called a coward. She was a scout, a survivor, not some weakling that relied solely on her teleportation abilities.

Her eyes narrowed, the green in them sharpening to a piercing glow that mirrored the runes on some spells Jean loved to cast.

“All I have to do is go for his balls…easy enough.” Sunny shivers as she reaches for her short rapier she kept strapped to her leg.

Xzyn’s grin widens, a hint of challenge glinting in his eyes as his ear twitches at the mutter of her nearby voice. “Do you think your petty tricks can match the power of the Arcane Codex?”

He gestures to the book, now hovering in the air between them, its pages fluttering ominously.

“Teleportation is but a fleeting trick of the light compared to the creation of a domain. A true testament to power is the ability to bend the fabric of reality to one’s will, to craft a world from the very essence of Hexx magic. Now that, my dear elf, is what separates the powerful from the *entertaining.*”

With a sneer, Xzyn snapped his fingers and the library around them dissolved into a frosty abyss. The air grew colder, the warmth of the party a distant memory as they found themselves in a world of endless snow and biting wind.

Sunny’s eyes went wide as she realized she was no longer in the safety of the duke’s mansion, but in a realm of pure ice and frost, surrounded by towering crystal spikes that pierced the sky like the fangs of an ancient beast.

She was a rabbit stuck in a snowstorm. A lethal one.

“N-No…” she looked around and saw nothing.

*Nowhere to jump to. Nowhere to hide. Nowhere to go…*

Her blonde hair whipped around her face, the cold making her cheeks sting and her eyes water. She could feel the warmth of the whiskey leaving her body, the chill seeping into her very bones.

The echo of a distant ticking grew louder in her ears, the sound of a timer that she hadn’t noticed before.

It was a countdown…

*A reminder of the limits of his power perhaps?*

Sunny's eyes searched the icy landscape, the cold biting into her very soul as she searched for the jaguar man. The only sign of his presence was the faint blue glow of his eyes, peeking out from the swirling snowstorm that had engulfed them.

"You're quite the elusive one, aren't you?" Xzyn's voice was a taunting whisper, echoing around her like a chorus of ghosts. "But fear not, for I shall give you a chance to prove your mettle. Take one step, and I shall grant you a full minute to escape the embrace of my Frozen Depths."

Sunny's heart skipped a beat as she spotted him, his fur coat flapping in the icy wind. He had moved closer, his eyes a piercing blue amidst the storm of snow. She knew she couldn’t outrun the cold, but she had to try.

Her hand tightened around the hilt of her rapier, her mind racing with options.

“Once your sixty seconds are up, your heart will freeze…and you’ll die.”

Sunny’s breath came out in a frosty puff, her teeth chattering as she took in the gravity of the situation. She had to think fast, her survival instincts kicking in.

Xzyn’s smile grew wider, his teeth glinting in the cold light as he waited for her to make a move…so she did.

Her hand shot out, the rapier slicing through the frigid air. Blue Hexx energy coated the blade as she threw it with all her might, spinning it like a thrown axe aimed straight for the furry beast’s chest.

The weapon cut through the blizzard, a streak of color in the monochromatic hell he had conjured.

“You poor girl, that’s not going to work on the apex predator of this snow show!” He taunted, cringing a little at his own sly pun. He’d never been so in charge of a fight before. It was nice! He was finally proving his theory.

Only the strong deserve to rule.

Smirking, Xzyn side-stepped with a grace that made Sunny’s heart sink.

He knew he was too fast for her.

Her obvious plan had been simple to dissect: distract and escape. But he had anticipated her move, his reflexes honed by the very essence of the magic that surrounded them.

As the rapier flew through the air, Sunny took the opportunity to teleport once more. But this time, she had a trick up her sleeve. With a mischievous grin, she clapped her hands together, and a blinding flash of purple light erupted around her.

The sound was like a *thunderclap,* echoing through the icy cavern that used to be the library.

When the light faded, Sunny’s rapier was lodged in her place, its blade frostbitten and gleaming. She had switched places with the weapon mid-air, using the distraction to close the gap between her and Xzyn.

Her black dress billowed around her, the fabric now stiff with frost, but she didn’t let the cold distract her.

Her legs swung up in a perfect arc, her boots connecting with the furred jaw of the jaguar man. The impact was solid, and she felt a rush of power surge through her as his fur stood on end, the natural flickers of Hexx energy crackling in the air.

*That bitch! That flash wasn’t like the smoke. She didn’t just close the distance—she Swapped places! She can displace other objects?!*

Xzyn thoughts ran as the kick moved his head sideways and he tasted blood from his bitten cheek.

Dropping to the snowing ground, Sunny's eyes gleamed with the victory of catching him off guard. She brought her heel up hard between his legs, aiming for the one spot that even a creature of his power had to be vulnerable.

*Kick his nuts into his stomach!* she told herself as her fingers began to numb as she sunk them into the ground for support.

Her heart pounded in her chest as she felt the sickening crunch of her boot connecting with something hard and definitely not crushable.

The wizard grunts hard as his ice cup pushes his large jaguar balls against his pelvis, his legs giving way beneath him.

"Gah!" The air left his lungs in a rush, his furry face contorting in pain as the cold steel of reality set into his kitten makers. His fur stood on end, not from the cold but from the sudden agony that shot through his body.

But Sunny wasn’t done yet. With a cunning smile, she teleported again, this time behind him.

She knew his weakness now and she wasn’t going to let him get back up.

Xzyn’s hand shot out, palm crackling with a frosty energy blast. But as he opened his mouth to let it loose, the air around him rippled like a pond's surface disturbed by a stone as he saw her *Clap.*

He felt his body displace a few feet away, the cold blast of his own magic going wide.

In the space where he’d been aiming, a towering glacier erupted from the ground, the sound like a dragon’s roar.

The force of the impact sent snow and ice shards flying, a frosty geyser of crystalline shrapnel.

He turns to see she’s holding her rapier again and he realizes she swapped him and her weapon. The elf's grin was one of pure triumph, her cheeks flushed with the exertion and the cold. The look in her eyes was one of fierce determination.

The echo of the ticking grew louder, a pulse that seemed to sync with Sunny’s racing heart. Xzyn’s eyes narrowed, the blue of his irises deepening to an icy shade as he stomped his foot on the ground.

From the impact, ice spines began to grow like malevolent fingers reaching for her, their sharp points gleaming in the moonlit snow.

With a gasp, Sunny dashed away, her nimble legs moving swiftly and taking her *official first steps* despite the thickening snow that clung to her.

*60…59…58.*

She scooped up a snowball as she ran, her trembling hand packing it tightly. It was a desperate move, a childish defense against a foe that could freeze her solid with a thought.

*57…56…55…*

With the ticking getting louder, she knew she had to act fast. As she teleported again, she felt a rush of cold air beneath her, and she slammed her freezing feet down onto the tip of an ice spike shooting from the ground.

The spikes grew, elongating into a towering shard as she propelled herself off it, the ice cold under her boots as she glided across the frozen battlefield.

*54…53…*

“This is over!” She screams her battle cry, wind blowing through her hair as she free falls and winds up a pitch.

Sunny threw the snowball with all her might, the blue Hexx dust coating it sparkling like a frozen gem.

It arced through the air, the cold searing a path through the swirling snow. Xzyn’s eyes tracked it, his grin never wavering despite the danger.

“You won’t get me with the same trick!”

*52…*

Sunny’s laughter pierced the frigid air as she clapped her hands together with another flash, the purple and black displacement dust swirling around them.

Xzyn’s eyes went wide as the snowball in the air disappeared and reappeared around his own fur-covered testicles, effectively replacing the protective ice cup.

“Eeek!” *My cup?! She took my cup!*

Sunny’s laughter turned into a crazy cackle as she knew his furred jewels were shrinking in horror. She also knew this was the moment, the perfect opportunity to turn the tide of the battle.

The snowball was a secret bomb but now it was time for a frosty surprise that would leave him incapacitated.

*51…*

The world around Sunny slowed down to a crawl as she teleported, her eyes glazed over with a fierce determination that seemed to suck the color out of the man’s face.

Her body flickered in and out of existence, a blue and black afterimage trailing her like a ghostly apparition.

She reappeared behind the furry Xzyn, her knees digging into the icy ground.

Her hand shot up, her elbow cocked back and her fist clenched tightly. With all the strength she could muster, she swung an uppercut with precision that belied her usual air of spacey-ness.

Her knuckles connected with something firm and furry and incredibly vulnerable. The impact sent a shockwave up her arm.

*50!*

“Snowy Nut Shot!”

The words echoed through the icy abyss as Sunny’s fist collided with Xzyn’s freezing scrotum, her knuckles connecting with a sound like cracking ice.

The furry wizard’s eyes bulged, his pupils dilating in pain.

*”FUCKKK! Ohhh my balls, m-my balls!”* He doubled over, his teeth gritting as the cold of the snowball melded with the chilling power of his own magic, turning his manhood into a frozen popsicle.

With a guttural roar, the very fabric of the frozen domain wavered. The glacial spikes around them shattered like a thousand crystal shards in a symphony of pain, sending a wave of frigid water rushing outward.

The cold washed over them, dousing the flames of the candles and freezing the air in their tracks as the room returned to the warmth and comfort of the library.

Standing over him, Sunny shivered, the chilly aftermath of the chilly landscape and her teleportation still clinging to her. Her knife points at his bulging sack, the blade trembling slightly in her hand.

She felt the weight of the moment, the power she held over him.

*“Ohhh fuck….you got them both…”*

She could take his balls forever…or at least hold them hostage till Lila realizes she’s gone.

"Heh, good. It looks like your sixty seconds was a bust," she quipped, her voice shaky from the exertion.

"I guess when you're dealing with a pro like me, ten seconds is all that’s needed to shatter your frozen cat nuts."
