Do your balls actually fill up?

IE - do they actually get full? And if so, how long does it take? Has anyone had to go up a ring size because of it?

I’ve (finally, after four cages and and a second order parts for the last one from Ternance) found the right one, and have been 100% locked for a week today, I’ve got another week until I unlock for a doc appt, and then back in for at least another two weeks before I travel for work (and lock up when I get to the other side). I haven’t noticed any change in size/fullness and was just curious.
