2. The Perils of War: Similar to the above, but instead with Robb Stark, Jon Snow, Renly Baratheon, Theon Greyjoy, or someone else getting captured during a war.

3. The Red Wedding: during the red wedding, house Frey gives Robb Stark a choice. They can either all die, or his mom and wife get set free if he denounces his claims and agrees to be Ramsay Bolton's newest toy after he is crowned King of the North

4. Appeasing the Khal: Viserys Targaryen offers Khal Drogo his sister as a gift, but Drogo decides he'd rather take Viserys instead. He captures him and uses him to his liking.

5. Melisandre's shadows: Melisandre sends her shadow assassins to kill Renly, but she didn't cast the spell quite right. Instead, the shadow dominates Renly and uses its dark power to overpower him and make Renly his sub.
