I want to break up with my significant other

I 26M have been with my gf 25F for 2 and a half years and it feels like these last 8 months have been a chore to be with her. Everytime I talk about our dying relationship she either changes the subject or claims I don't love her. How do I go about telling her I don't love her anymore but in a nice way.
