For some reason all of my tabs got deleted on my phone. How can I do something about that?

I had like THOUSANDS of tabs there and now they’re all gone, I had them literally yesterday and all of a sudden they’re not there anymore. And synced devices don’t work because FOR SOME REASON MY PHONE ISN’T ON THERE.
