[WW] Did Tingle have the Four Sword?

Okay so my friend who says all kinds of random things may have accidentally come up with an insane theory. So obviously the other Tingle characters in Wind Waker are stated to be separate characters and we never see any of them with the sword, but considering the differently colored clothes that look the same and the fact that the Four Sword remains unaccounted for in the adult timeline, is it possible Tingle got his hands on the Four Sword only for the four Tingles to forget who they once were? Possibly with the original still remembering? This could also explain why his statue is in the temple of the gods if him being separated somehow prevented him from aging
