A question to authors here. Need your advice

At last I have started writing my story. Long been reading here.

The question is - how do you control the plot and characters? I've already written more than 80 pages and I can't still see the end.

And I can't post the 1st pages here because every time my plot twists I have to come back and rewrite these 1st pages. Everything is so interconnected
