Cat injured during routine tests at Vet

So my cat hates vets, he began being very aggressive towards vets when her turned 2, he’s not 4. I’ve also had bad experiences with vets. I found a new hospital called All About Cats Veterinary Hostpital in the Las Vegas area. It’s far from me but I drove there because they specialize in cats so I thought it would be a good fit for my cat which is a hairless Sphynx cat

The tech front desk and vet were very nice. I felt great and supported and listened to regarding the issues I had with him. She told me some tests they could run which amounted to a little over $1600, I paid without hesitation. The majority of his tests were X rays, blood work, respiratory tests and an allergy test.

My cat was very aggressive still so we agreed to put him to sleep for the testing. I felt fine even though this was my first time at this vet because they really seemed concerned with his health and care.
They kept him for a couple hours and when I got him back he was out of it and aggressive. He was hyperactive for the rest of the day so I locked him up to make sure he didn’t hurt himself. I noticed a bruise on his inner thigh, his nose was really red and I could tell they cleaned him, at least his face.
Everyday I started to realize something was wrong, his nose was scabbing and his face like they scrubbed it raw. Sorry, not like, they did.

I called the office and the front desk lady tried to brush me off and say maybe it’s because of the meds he’s prescribed. (Nausea med and a powder for immune system). I told them it’s not and they he had the injuries when I first got him back but I didn’t realize how bad it was until the scab started coming in. I sent them pictures and she called me back without an explanation and said the vet would call me when she’s free from her appointments

I still have not received a call from his vet after a couple hours. What should I do going forward? The pictures are bad, they look like he got into a bad fight.
