How do I beat her

I have full fire ant armored a toenail blade with fresh on it a trinket that let's me do more damage to the infected broodmother I have like 40 beefy soothing syrups 8 candy bars I can't get her to her 3rd phase ez but all the bombs and stuff break my shield too fast and idk what to do I'm on ng+2 and the only reason I wanna beat her is so I can make her infinite bomb and I feel like having the steal item trinket and the mutation would just cost too many resources to do
