22 Male I have a darker skin on my butt and it is soo itchy

My butt cracks are too itchy.My skin got darker. I went to 3 dermatologists but the problem did not get better. I used creams, sprays, pills but it did not get better. It gets really bad when I sit somewhere and my hip rubs somewhere.How can I heal it ?
