Can someone help me out with a cage?

In February I got a Kinkwear cage. It was a 3 pack, I got 1 cobra and 2 honeycombs, all pink. I wore the cobra for a week and then had a reaction that left my cock dry and slightly swollen. Since then, I could only wear the cage for less than 24 hours before getting the same symptoms. The manufacturer said the cages were a bad batch, and sent me a new bunch that arrived yesterday, but the same thing happened. Any advice or idea what is going on?
