Do lionfish have a chance to produce eggs?

So I've seen a bunch of things saying lionfish can have a chance to produce tiger slime eggs but google also says they can't and I've had lionfish for a little while and they've only given me taro tubers and roe so can lionfish give tiger slime eggs?
