location: Waterloo: Iowa usa.

Spring had come to the thriving city of Waterloo. The sun shon down on the Institute ofQuantum studies at Waterloo university.
It was the last place you'd expect anything strange or unusual to happen.
With its top of the range facilities and gleaming laboratories. With its passionate students that worked in the fields of quantum physics, computering, machanics, technoligy, and secret experimentation.

The university usually a busy noisy community of different departments, flustered professors and annoying students. quieter because of the holidays, a lot of the students having left to spend time with their families.
That was to say except for a few exceptions one of which was Tau Mega Chi Fraternity, renown for its exepctionally intelligent acadenicly imclimbed students.
