Question about after busting

I've only had the privilege so far of self busting, yet I've noticed it still that after a good few stronger hits peeing is a bit difficult.
I'm curious about the aftermath of an actual session, how difficult is it for the guy to use the bathroom (not just pain because that's obvious, but I've noticed a few times that I just physically can't go for about twenty minutes and I'm not hitting very hard or for very long)
