What is the current state of CEUs?

I am a former PTA. I was in the field for 6 years. I later changed careers and went into digital media production. I have now been accepted into a masters for digital media. I had this idea to combine experience- to create a CEU hosting platform. In my time in PT, I remember the CEUs being really outdated and overall boring. Is that still the case? I want to create them with Professional video, professional audio, motion graphics, better website layout and navigation. Is there still a market for more engaging CEUs? Or have the existing companies been improving their quality in the years I have been away from Allied Health?
