How Good are Pyre of Savagery/Dominion? Are they basically cheating?

I'm trying to full clear every clan combo on Covenant 10. Is using the savegery or dominion pyters considered cheap/cheating because of how good they are? Or is it a legit strategy? Maybe the other pyers are better than I give them credit for, I don't know, but I find myself using one of these 2 nearly every run. Just curious if you feel that makes the game too easy. I would say my win rate is something like 66% .
