It's killing me

So I just woke up from a nap and I had a dream but in my dream I was I guess trying to win over my best friend from her boyfriend and now that I'm awake it's killing me I want her we met online and we've been friends for 4-5 years and I made everything about her to try and keep her alive and it worked she's alive but now she has a boyfriend and it's killing me because I want to be with her and I miss her since we have been drifting apart it's tearing me apart and I can't take it
