Secret Supermoonscreen

In Werewolves, the government famously develops Moonscreen to block the effects of the Supermoon as well as specialized contacts. However, we see that it can easily be washed off in the rain which allows Frank Grillo to turn into a Werewolf and fight the Superwerewolf. Will the government attempt to correct this fatal error in the Moonscreen in a new and improved Supermoonscreen?
