Just how commonplace is ballbusting in your country or region?

I'm not from the USA, but for some reason i always had the thought that women in the USA are just more..... open, determined and feisty? Maybe i watched too many Hollywood movies but the impression has always been that if an American woman is mad at a guy, she will very likely go for the balls.

Then after watching many ballbusting videos online, i also think now South American woman love ballbusting too. They even have game shows where they kick guys in the balls!
