Is it bad to sit on a toilet Sideways

Listen...I am genuinely being serious when I say this. Ever since I was a kid I always sat on my toilet sideways when going number 2. I never saw the big deal because I always had the space for it and it feels like I wont miss the bowl when I do and it just is more comfortable for me. Yet whenever I have brought this up people think Im weird for it, fair enough but is there actually anything BAD about this method? Im 24 going on 25 and never really had a problem with it
