[TOMT] Kids cooking show from the late 2000s - Early 2010s

Just as I said it was a cooking show made for kids with a man whos partner was a Masked Wrestler who never talked in anything but grunts and if there was ever a dangerous part of the cooking process the mermaids on the wall would tell the kids to always get their parents help. It was always on Comcast On Demand does anyone know what Im talking about
