Why tf can't I use locations anymore? What's up with this stupid map?

Whenever I want to look for a specific location, I can't just view that one location, instead Instagram opens up a world map for some reason where the locations of my friends are disclosed...what the f*ck is this stupid crap and how do I get rid of it ASAP?
