Lillith - Chapter 45 - Quiet House
No comments on the last post? I’m getting a little sad about that :( I really enjoy interacting with you all… but that’s okay! I’m dealing with some issues in writing the texts, and that might affect the quality of the upcoming episodes, but I’ll do my best to avoid any drop in quality! Thank you!

The silence that hung over the room was almost sacred, broken only by the soft sound of leaves being crushed by Luminar on the side table. The scent of medicinal herbs and incense lingered in the air, creating a dense yet oddly calming atmosphere. Luminar loved working with medicinal magic…
Focused, Luminar moved his hands precisely over the pots and herbs. The dry noise of glass lids and the damp rustling of leaves being mixed formed a steady, almost hypnotic rhythm. He seemed completely at ease there, surrounded by vials, powders, and liquids that changed color as he stirred them.
Suddenly, a faint sound came from the central bed. A weak moan, followed by the rustling of the sheets. Emma stirred. Her breathing deepened, her fingers curled, and her eyes slowly opened, as if waking from a distant dream. She blinked several times, still confused, until she realized where she was.
"Hey, hey, wait a moment, Miss Emma!" Luminar’s calm yet firm voice cut through the silence. He turned quickly, seeing the redhead already trying to get up. With long strides, he approached and placed a hand on her shoulder, making her sit back down.
"Even though I healed you, the injuries were severe, and you were almost out of mana. Please, stay seated and rest a little…"
Emma blinked a few times, taking a deep breath. Her body ached, every muscle feeling as if it had weathered a storm. Even so, her natural instinct was to act, to get up. Still, she gave in and nodded.
"Oh… okay…"
She rested her elbows on her knees and looked around until her eyes fell on the sleeping figures of Lillith and Synthila. Both were breathing peacefully, covered up to their chests by the sheets. Concern immediately etched across Emma’s face.
"How are they?"
Luminar let out a soft sigh, wiping his hands with a cloth.
"Before? Devastated." He replied bluntly, picking up a small vial and shaking it in the candlelight. "Lillith was injured in so many ways that, if I were slightly less experienced, she would probably have been left with lasting damage."
He then turned, picking up another pot, and began crushing a new mixture with a mortar and pestle. The herbs released a mentholated, fresh, strong scent.
"However…" he continued. "If the question is how they are now… something similar to you. A little sore here and there, but alive and healthy. They just need to rest a bit."
While speaking, Luminar opened a small glass vial and handed it to Emma. Inside was a greenish ointment with the scent of eucalyptus.
"Here. Your breasts must be sore from the extreme use of mana. Apply this, and they will stop hurting. I didn’t do this before because… well… you know…"
Emma looked at the vial for a moment and chuckled softly.
"Oh, yes, thank you!"
She dipped two fingers into the ointment, spreading some between her hands. The cool texture contrasted with the warmth of her body, and soon the room filled with the soft sound of her breathing as she began massaging her chest, moving her hands carefully over her skin. The ointment absorbed into the skin, briefly glowing before disappearing.
Luminar turned his face away, avoiding the sensual sight of a woman rubbing her own breasts.
"Anyway!" he said in a slightly louder voice. "Armand must be almost awake by now as well. He should be back with us… well… that is, if the curse hasn’t evolved to resist this potion."
Before Emma could respond, a deep voice echoed across the room.
"Yeah, I don’t think it resists yet."
Luminar and Emma immediately turned to look. In the corner of the room, sitting on a mat, was Armand. His expression tired but serene.
"ARMAND!"
Emma sprang up, the sheet slipping down her legs, and ran toward him. Her bare feet touched the cold floor, and in a few steps, she was kneeling before him, arms wrapping him in a tight embrace.
"Are you okay? You’re the Armand I know, right?! Right?!?!"
Armand chuckled softly, his voice hoarse but alive.
"Hahaha, yes, yes…"
Emma hugged him even tighter, trembling with emotion.
"Aaaahhhh, I was so worried!!!! I thought I’d never see you again!"
Emma’s breasts pressed against Armand’s torso, and he could feel the warmth and weight of her body. For a moment, the great mage took a deep breath, trying to ignore the avalanche of thoughts that flooded him.
"Hey, hey, Emma, take it easy…"
Armand, as controlled as he was, was not made of steel… yet he maintained a gentle tone. Emma slowly let go, moving back slightly and looking into his eyes.
"Are you… really okay? Like… do you feel any pain… I mean… you… you know…"
At hearing this, the memory struck him like a blow. Emma kicking him. One single, precise, devastating blow. He nearly flinched just remembering. The impact, the pain, the moment his vision went white. And yet… now there was no pain. None.
Which other women could do this?! Seraphina, Morgana, Esmeralda, and Lillith too?! He realized that from now on, he would be much more afraid of making any woman angry…
The silence lasted a few seconds, and then he answered with a slight smile.
"I’m fine. Don’t worry."
Emma smiled back, relieved, but Armand averted his gaze for a moment. Something heavy weighed within him. He took a deep breath and looked again at the unconscious companions.
"However…"
He clenched his fists.
"I did terrible things… said terrible things… hurt you… hurt those I swore to protect until my last drop of blood… I…"
His voice faltered. Emma simply hugged him again, this time more gently.
"It’s okay. You’re here again, and that’s what matters…"
Armand closed his eyes for a moment, feeling the warmth of the embrace. Something inside him calmed, but the shame still burned deep.
Then, a female voice sounded behind them.
"I disagree."
Both turned. Lillith was sitting on the bed, hair messy, eyes half-closed but awake.
"Beat me up, called me useless, a bad witch, commented on my breasts…" She crossed her arms, a mischievous smile forming on her lips. "I think it’s fair you be my practice dummy for kicks for an hour!"
The tension broke. Emma chuckled softly, Luminar put his hand to his face and shook his head, and even Armand, between fear and relief, let out a sigh of resignation.
Lillith held her gaze firm, and after a few seconds, her smile softened.
"Welcome back…"
The words came low, almost shy. Yet the tone carried something sincere, a silent acceptance.
Armand bowed his head and smiled back, feeling, for the first time since waking, that he had truly returned.
---
Seraphina was standing near a bookshelf, leafing through an ancient tome on the city’s defensive magic, when her gaze lifted expectantly at the sound of the door opening behind her. A smile appeared on her lips, imagining that Aveline, Yu, and Esmeralda had returned, but the figure that emerged was none of them.
A tall man, with a neatly trimmed goatee and intense eyes, stood there staring at her. The door clicked shut behind him. He remained still for a few seconds, eyes wide, breathing with a force that made the room feel heavy.
Suddenly, he dropped the keys he was holding and sprinted toward Seraphina. Each step echoed across the polished wooden floor, a firm, rhythmic sound. As he snapped his fingers, a small golden star appeared by his side, spinning slowly like the ticking of a magical clock.
Without wasting time, he grabbed Seraphina by the neck with his arm, pressing her against the wall.
"Wait-… ughhh!"
Seraphina screamed, the shock of being ambushed so abruptly making her stumble backward.
The man spun her around, cuffing her hands behind her back with a swift motion.
"You’re not going to cast your magic like that, you little witch!"
"You misunderstood, I—…"
Before she could finish, he delivered a sharp slap across her face. Seraphina felt the impact reverberate not just on her face, but on her ego. The man was clearly Aveline’s companion, but his audacity struck a deep blow to her pride.
"You asked for it…" she murmured quietly, adjusting her stance. Then, with calculated precision, she lifted her heel backward. The tip of her shoe drove directly between the man’s legs.
Nothing happened.
The man continued to hold her with unrelenting strength. Seraphina blinked in disbelief, narrowing her eyes, trying to understand how he remained standing. Even the most powerful men would collapse from a kick to the groin, balls biologically designed to fail from a simple strike, the greatest flaw of biological design! But this time… they resisted… How?!
She tried again, two more times, each kick landing with an audible thud:
"THUFF"
"THUFF"
Still, the man remained immobile, holding her firmly against the wall.
Frustration mixed with confusion. Seraphina felt the tension peak, her heart racing, cold sweat running down her neck. She could see every muscle tense, every fiber remaining resistant, yet there was no sign of pain.
Before she could react again, the man placed his hands on her shoulders, each finger beginning to glow with distinct colors.
At that moment, two heavy steps sounded on the floor, accompanied by the metallic clack of high heels.
"THUFF!"
The next kick came from Morgana, striking between the man’s legs from behind. The force made his body tremble, but still, he did not fall.
"Another one?!" the man exclaimed, surprised and irritated, as he released Seraphina and shifted to the side, regaining his stance.
"Damn… I only had one cuff!" he muttered, rummaging through his pockets, desperately searching for another to contain the situation.
At that moment, the door opened again. Aveline entered, followed by Yu and Esmeralda. They stopped at the entrance, observing the scene: Seraphina cuffed, Morgana in a combat stance, and Oswin, the man, in the corner, preparing to react.
"What the hell is this, Oswin?!" Aveline shouted, her voice firm and commanding.
"Ehh… what?" Oswin replied, confused, frowning.
"Deactivate that damn spell now!" Aveline continued, walking toward him with determined steps.
"Ah?!" Oswin stammered, even more confused.
"Deactivate the cursed star, NOW!"
"What?! They came into our house, I—"
"DEACTIVATE!" Aveline pressed, her tone now heavy with threat.
"I CAN’T! They kicked me… you know… there…" he replied, clearly panicked.
Aveline stepped closer, leaning slightly forward, her cold gaze fixed on him.
"If they did it, it’s because you deserved it. Now, you’re going to deactivate this immediately, or I’ll have to use the judgment on you."
Oswin’s eyes widened instantly.
"Alright! Calm… I… I’ll deactivate…" He stepped back, snapping his fingers.
The golden star spinning by his side began to slow. The ticking marking the passage of time gradually stretched out, each second elongating until, finally, it stopped completely.
Then, as if a ghost had delivered multiple blows at once, an effect struck him. Every impact he had received returned simultaneously.
"THUFF"
"THUFF"
"THUFF"
"THUFF"
Oswin gasped, eyes wide, body trembling as he fell to the floor, moaning, hands covering what had been repeatedly attacked.
"AAAAAAGGHHHHH!" he screamed, voice full of pain and disbelief, body arching on the floor as he tried, in vain, to protect himself.
"My balls, my balls… Why?!!!!!"
Aveline approached calmly, removing the cuffs from Seraphina.
"Sorry about this," she said with a smile mixing apology and authority. "He’s a complete idiot and misunderstood everything."
"No… it’s fine…" Seraphina replied, still breathing heavily, face flushed, but keeping a firm posture.
"But… what happened?"
Aveline pointed to Oswin, rolling on the floor, almost crying from pain and humiliation, while Esmeralda watched, a wide, amused smile on her lips.
"It’s his characteristic magic, see!"
"Huh? You two are characteristic mages then?!" Esmeralda exclaimed, intrigued and excited.
"Oh, yes, yes!" Aveline replied naturally, smiling.
"His power basically activates a star for five minutes. He becomes completely invulnerable while the star is active. If he manages to place five marks with his fingers on the chosen target before the five minutes end, nothing happens to him. But if the five minutes pass and he doesn’t mark the target, every single blow he received comes back, all at once!"
Morgana watched, fascinated, leaning slightly forward, absorbing every detail.
"Huh… so in theory, he just took four groin kicks in one second?"
"Exactly," Aveline replied with a satisfied smile. "I think this is good for him to learn."
The silence that followed was filled only by Oswin’s faint groans and Esmeralda’s soft laughter. Aveline placed her hands on her hips, watching the scene with a look of satisfaction, while Seraphina took a deep breath, regaining her composure, still slightly stunned by what had just happened.
---
Once again, a door creaked, this time the bedroom door, revealing Armand, who stepped out slowly, still adjusting after the forced rest. Everyone in the room looked at him for a moment, the heavy, expectant silence filling the space.
Armand raised his hand in a simple, casual gesture, giving a slight wave.
"Hey…"
The sound of his voice made Seraphina widen her eyes, her immediate reaction mirroring Emma’s exactly. Without hesitation, she ran toward him, ready to embrace him, her breasts bouncing, preparing to press against Armand’s muscular body. But before she could reach him, Morgana moved with astonishing speed. She pushed Seraphina aside, almost in slow motion, her movements perfectly precise.
At the same time, Morgana placed her hands between Armand’s legs, pressing lightly, just enough to signal the imminent danger his balls were in.
"If this is one of your little games and you haven’t really become Armand again, I swear this is going to blow up all over again!"
Her words struck Armand like a precise arrow. His eyes widened instantly as he recalled the two recent castrations, feeling the memory of pain and fear flood his mind.
"So… it’s me! I PROMISE! IT’S ME, PLEASE! CALM DOWN!" he shouted, panting, his hands trembling slightly, trying to maintain composure, but clearly shaken.
Morgana, observing his reaction with surprise, raised an eyebrow with a slightly mischievous smile.
"Huh… seems like losing your balls twice in one day made you realize how weak mages are compared to witches, huh?"
She released Armand with an elegant gesture, stepping back a few paces, allowing him to stand on his own.
"He’s all yours," Morgana said, giving Seraphina a serious look while rolling her eyes.
Seraphina took a deep breath, rising slowly, eyes fixed on Armand. She then approached and, this time without interruption, wrapped him in a firm embrace. Their bodies touched, the warmth of each one evident, the pressure of her breasts against his chest conveying security and relief, and, indirectly, sensuality.
Silence dominated the room for three seconds, each one heavy with restrained emotion. Then Seraphina pulled back, her voice thick with feeling:
"You idiot…"
"Sorry…" Armand replied, trying to find words. He looked at Seraphina, and she… the iron woman… the great headmistress… was almost crying.
Seraphina’s eyes, usually cold and calculating, were now glistening.
"Never leave me like that again… please…" she said…
He smiled, nodding slightly, silently agreeing.
At that moment, Emma, who had been watching everything in silence, appeared in the hallway, breaking the tension.
"Don’t you think you’ve been too mushy?!" she shouted, pushing the two of them.
"Emma, don’t get up, please!" Luminar called from the back of the room, worried about the possible chaos.
"I’m fine!" Emma replied, completely ignoring the warning.
Turning to Armand, she extended her hand insistently.
"Professor! Let’s go walk around the city? It’s been a while since we spent time together, like when we were preparing things for your classes! Pleeease!"
Armand, still regaining his composure, hesitated, looking at her with a worried expression.
"Eh… you need to recover, Emma…"
"I will! Just like this! Resting! Walking! Pleaseee!!!" she begged, eyes sparkling with anticipation and excitement.
Seraphina watched the scene carefully, fully understanding what Emma was scheming… But… the girl had been through so much… she deserved a break…
"Accompany her, Armand… let her have some fun…" Seraphina said, her voice firm but with a calm smile on her lips.
Emma erupted in joy, her smile lighting up her entire face. Her greatest rival in love had just given the green light. Armand would be hers for the whole day.
"Luminar, you’ll go with them," Seraphina added, looking at him firmly.
Emma’s smile vanished instantly… and so much for “alone with Armand”… she thought.
They left the house slowly, walking down the illuminated hallway, the door closing softly behind them. The sound echoed through the house, marking the end of the intense, emotional moment within the safe home.
Meanwhile, inside the house, Aveline was helping Oswin to stand, ready to finally explain everything that had been happening.
