Anyone else super jealous of the states that get the new health plan?

The company unveiled the Personalized
Wellbeing Copay Plan for open enrollment. It has no deductible, the lowest copays and lowest out of pocket max and it’s only 57 a biweekly pay period. Unless I’m seriously missing something, that’s a steal. It offers no out of network benefits but that’s the only drawback I could see. Yet it’s only available in eight states. 😭
