Does it really matter if the LSAT median goes up by 1 point?

So I saw the U of T median went from a 167 to a 168 - I now it fluctuates every year, going as high as a 169 a couple years ago, but I am curious if it actually matters in admissions - if i was at the median last year but now I am down a point does that really make a difference in admissions?
