Have you become "afraid" of your ballbusting partner yet?

I use the word "afraid" here loosely only because of a lack of a better word, but do you find yourself covering yourself or going on the defensive when your partner is around?

I've lived with my partner for years now and my nuts have pretty much become fair game. She goes for them multiple times a day playfully even if its just a light squeeze or hit, but I also become very alert when passing her. Even though I asked for her to go for them freely and its become second nature, she could be passing by me with no intentions of busting me but I still cover myself or step to the side in anticipation.

I fully enjoy the cat and mouse game and its something we joke about, but just noticed its something I do out of habit. I've embraced the ballbuster that she is but am always on alert that she could go for them at any minute.

Just wondering if anybody else goes into protection mode out of habit?
