HELP! Balenciaga Papier Riding Boots

Hello, I have the chance to get a pair of Balenciaga Papier Riding Boots super cheap and I've always wanted these boots. But I am a bit concerned because of the calf, since all other designer boots I bought so far (MK, Ralph Lauren) are rather slim around the calves.

My question is, how wide or slim is the shaft of these boots? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
