how mant times can you respec ? MONIR SPOILERS

so im missing the arcane requirment for a weapon for 6 points so instead of farming the bird on moghwyn palaca i wanna rebirht since i alr have 6 larval tears

so is there a max like in ds3 where you could only respec 5 times per playthrough
