Mischievous Stepsisters Part 4

Two weeks had passed since Derek's unfortunate accident and operation. His sisters had left him alone for the most part despite the occasional snide comment which was fortunate because the stiches had managed to fully heal. On the other hand Derek felt a lot of shame at the loss of his testicle particularly because he couldn't afford a prosthetic one so his remaining testicle just hung low by itself, which was quite noticeable. Derek got out of bed and got ready, he decided he'd go to the mall to clear his head a little bit.




As Derek was about to leave the house Amy approached him and gave him a big hug"You know I'm sorry about all the pranks I've been pulling on you the last bit, and especially after that last accident you deserve a break so I hope you have a nice day today Derek"




Derek was a little dumbfounded by her hug as her tits were pressing up against him and somehow the hug was actually a welcome one, after everything he's been through it felt nice to hear these words. "Thanks Amy I appreciate it" Derek said with a smile before leaving the house.




The first thing Derek did when he got to the mall was stop at a jewelry store and get Amy a nice necklace, he thought maybe he could smooth things over in their relationship with a nice gift and he was feeling generous after her expression of peace earlier. Derek didn't have too much money but this was important to him.




Derek walked through the mall looking for some shops to check out, he could have swore there were multiple women hiding their smirks as he walked by but he thought perhaps he was just paranoid and insecure about himself and imagining things, maybe the chicks just thought he was cute and were happy he was looking at them. Derek saw a couple of cute girls standing outside a women's clothing store enjoying some lates, he figured he'd try to blow off some steam and flirt with the cuter of the pair.




"Hey there, I saw you and I felt like I just had to come and say hi" Derek said doing his best to flirt with the hot brunette




The girl smiled and replied "Oh that's very sweet but I have a boyfriend"




Derek did his best to tank the rejection and turned to her friend "What about you? Are you single?" he said with a cocky smile.




The girl feeling angry that she was Derek's second choice to flirt with replied "If you don't get out of my face I will kick you in the ball sack so hard you'll be feeling it for a week"




Derek's smile faded and he turned around to walk away when suddenly the girl that threatened him exclaimed "I'm not surprised you lost your left nut you're a real asshole" which caused her cuter friend to burst out laughing. Derek turned around to see the first girl he flirted with in stiches laughing and the other one with a vindictive expression, Derek looked confused and turned back and walked away unsure how the woman knew about his situation.




Derek spent the next 20 minutes in a cognitive frenzy mustering up all his intuition to try and understand how the girl he'd never seen before knew about his accident, he ended up in a clothing store and browsed until he found a nice athletic shirt he wanted to try on. Derek walked into the changing room and promptly pulled off his shirt. He set the shirt down and that's when he noticed.... there was a big piece of paper stuck on his back with the words "I LOST MY LEFT NUT" in big pink block letters So that's why all the girls in the mall were laughing at him, Derek began fuming with rage and decided to immediately head home to cuss out his sister Amy, she must have stuck it on his back when they hugged at the door.




Derek drove home and rushed in the door and saw his sisters Melony and Amy sitting on the couch. "Amy you idiot I know what you did"




Amy had a big grin on her face "I have no idea what you're talking about Derek"




"Yes you do you put a sign on my back saying I lost my left nut" Derek replied getting closer to Amy and Melony




"Oh my god Derek, you're still mad about that, get over it already, it's just a testicle, you still have one left" Melony responded in her typical carefree manner.




"Shut up Melony you're an even bigger idiot. Amy I bought you a necklace but you're not getting it now you bitch" Derek said with blatant frustration.




Faster than lightning Amy reached forward and got a tight grasp on Derek's testicle which was easy to get her handle on through his loose fitting shoots and the fact that his nut hung low. She started squeezing




"GOT YOUR NUT HAHAHHA" Amy exclaimed with glee




"Erghhhhh....." Derek felt extremely vulnerable, there was something terrifying about having a girl have a hold of his only testicle, it felt much scarier than when he had two. "L-L-Let go Amy" Derek pleaded maintaining some sense of masculinity in his voice.




"Twist his nut Amy!!! He called us both idiots!!!" Melony cheered on. Amy listened to her sister and twisted his nut while maintaining her squeeze eliciting a higher pitch from Derek "MFmmmmmfff"




"I just want my necklace Derek, give it to me and I'll let go" Amy said with a mischievous smile




Derek immediately acquiesced to her demand "O-Okay okay Oooooo fuck I'll give you the necklace just Mfmmmmmm let go please" Derek pulled the necklace out of his pocket and handed it forward. Amy let go of his nut and Derek limped off groaning.
