best DARKMOON GS level 140 build thats good but doesnt melt bosses in 2 secs?

so i just beat the game and i wanna switch builds for dlc and ng+

i was using a bleed build but i wanna try out darkmooon gs.I searched up builds but they were either level 200 or just melted bosses but i dont want that,i still want a chalenge while also not being to hard to the point summons are almost required

i DO NOT want to be primarily a caster and the only spells il be using are like loratas greatbow or smth similiar

my level is 140

can someone help me? and also what armor to wear
