do you automatically lose weight AND build muscle while working out?
so im 14 and just started recently,im 175cm and 71 kg and im not fat but a bit chubby and i wanna burn that (what i wanna lose is like 5-10kg) and build muscle(ik it takes time,thats not what im saying)
but ive heard that you need to cut in order to lose weight BUT bulk in order to build muscle,so i cant do both bc they contradict eachother?
what ive been doing so far (going for abt 2 months) is stop eating junk like candy and chips and all that so i lose some weight (im trynna say that im not like counting every calorie and gram of protein etc,just avoiding obvious extra unnecesarry calories that dont fill you up) ,while going to the gym 2-3 times a week
so if i keep doing what im doing while i lose weight (5-10kg) while still building muscle?
