best back/biceps workout 3 excersises each? preferably machines for back
so im going to the gym in like 20 mins and i need to relatively short workout for back and biceps (abt 45-55 mins) and i do 3 sets of 3 excersises per muscle group (so 6 total)
for back i would prefer machines and for byceps i dont really care if its machines
and please give alternatives for excersises
