on a full body workout do you just do 2 sets of 2 excersises per muscle group?
so i started not too long ago and this week i started doing lower/upper/full body and today is my first fb workout so i wanna know if you are supposed to do 2 sets of 2 excersises per muscle group since doing the normal (3 sets 3 excersises) would take like 3 hours
so for example
back: 2 sets of lat pulldown and 2 sets of setaed cable rows
chest: 2 sets of bench press and 2 of chest press
legs: 2 leg press 2 leg extensions
etc
is this correct?
