does it matter in what order i do my workouts in a split ? EXPLANMATION BELOW
so im curently doing upper lower fullbody 3 days a week but i wanna switch to a 4 day split and i was between **ppl full body** and **hussein's split**:
**mon: chest biceps shoulders**
**wed: back triceps**
**fri: legs abs**
**sat: shoulders arms**
now my question in if it will be the same if instead of:
**mon: pull**
**wed: push**
**fri: legs**
**sat: fb**
I DO THIS:
**mon: pull**
**wed: push**
**fri: fb**
**sat: legs**
or in husseins case i do
shoulders on monday (day 1) AND on saturday (day 2) so like i do rear and side delts on monday,and front delts on saturday or the other way around
does this affect muscle gain or is it the same?
