is this a good leg day for upper lower uppwer lower?
so i just started upper lower 2x (4 days a week) and i wanna know if my leg day is good
2x8-10 pendulum squats
2x8-10 leg extensions
2x8-10 lying leg curls (my gym doesnt have seated curls)
2x8-10 leg press
2x8-10 seated calf raise
is this good? if not,what would you improve?
