Spit as a lube ?!

Is it’s just my opinion, I’ve seen a lot of influencers and creators use spit as a lube for footjobs , now I can see if you don’t have any lubes or lotions available and it’s a last resort, but isn’t spit nasty? I mean there are some people who have a small bottle of lotion somewhere in there flat or car,

Now I know that giving head there is saliva in the mouth but that’s different, I would rather have a footjob with out and source of lube before having him or her spit on me
