Trunk will not open using the fob out the trunk button on 2008 IS250

Basically what the title says but my trunk will not open with the fob or with the trunk button on my car. I was wondering if it could be a fuse that is blown, the actuator went bad, or if there is some faulty wiring that is not letting it happen.

Has anyone else had this issue and found a way to fix it? Thank you in advance
