what do i get for paying back victor 21k?

so i just started,im level 7 and ive beenholding off on doing the story missions with jackie now and focusing on side content,and ive been doing a lot of ncpd work,the cyberphyco bounty hunts,and a couple of thievery and selling weapons i loot

while doing this ive ended up with 23k eddies,should i pay victor back? will he give me some cool cyberware (i desperately want a sandevistan) or will he just thank me and give nothing?

help please
