is a katna/sandevistan/projectile launcher build good and shouls i just level body,reflexes,and technical ability?

so at first i wanted to do a katana sandevistan build and now have dynalar sandy and satori, and about to get scalpel katana for the buffs with sandy,when i reached level 10 i immediately went and got mantis blades,but now (level 12) i realised that if im going to use a katana,i should use something longer range for arms and that led me to wanting to try the projectile launch system


is this idea good? using a katana with sandy for short and projectile launcher for long range?


and for this should i just level body,reflexes and technical ability one at a time(liek if i get 3 points then i put one each) ?
