why is there a large gray pixel on the top left on my screen and a white cirle on the bottom right and how to fix it?? PICS BELOW

so every wallapaper engine wallpaper i try has a large gray pixel on the top right and a small white circle on the bottom right,but the weird thing is that it only happens on wallapper engine and nothing else

the pixel is right there on the top right and the cirle in between the wallapaper engine icon on the taskbar and the windows HUD on the far right

ve tried closing and opening wallpaper engine but nothing happens,what do i do?
