I have a question about the garment factory heists

so I got the factory like a week ago and I've done all the missions and when I was doing the military one where you steal the scarab I was wondering if there was a way to buy it I looked on warstock and didn't see it so idk if I just looked over it or if its not able to be bought or if for some reason its not on warstock so if anyone knows pls tell me
