I lost some Creation Club rewards that I need help getting back.

I recently finished the quest “The Cause” and received the two deadric artifacts and the new summon horse. I’ve been playing Skyrim without mods on survival mode at the highest difficulty. I gave my follower the new weapons in order to save inventory room before reaching Windhelm. One thing lead to another and I sacrificed my follower to Boeithia. Upon looting their body all of the items I had given them were reset to his basic kit before I hired him. That’s fine I never gave him anything of value really.. And it wasn’t until several saves later I remembered I handed off those Deadric artifacts.

I’m playing on PS5, is there a mod that I can enable to just open a chest and grab any item that’s been added by Creation Club? I did what searching I can but the search feature in game is atrocious. Any help would be appreciated 🙏 Thank you.
