Looking for an ANCIENT story

would have been something I read over 20 years ago. it involved I think 2 brothers?



I can’t remember for sure if they were soccer or football players.


there was some kind of stupid bet between the two of them or maybe a third party that resulted in at least one of them being unmanned


but the cruelest twist at the end was that it was their mother who was stuck performing the surgery?


if I sound crazy it’s because remembering anything from 20 years ago is a fucking tall ask lol. Don’t get old.
