*This post will contain all the ins and outs meta-wise of the Tournament of Heroes, and will be updated with each new game and result. This will remove unnecessary exposition from the chapters so we can stick to good ol’ fashioned bratty girls ballbusting the supposedly stronger boys! Please use this to refer to the rules as well as to keep track of who is in the lead!*

# General Regulations:
The Preliminary Round(s) will pass only Five Hero Colleges, all others will be eliminated. The participation rule does not apply to any heroes who participated in the Preliminary Round(s).
There will be no eliminations from Round 1 to the Finals. This is a Point-System tournament. Point values and structure will be provided in a later section of this pamphlet.
The Tournament of Heroes first Four Rounds are broken into four Competition Days, with a rest day granted to each team. This way, everyone will have an opportunity to compete with each other. These Competition Days will pit one college against another in two stages; the first half of the day will be dedicated to a unique competitive game and the second half will organize individual matches between any of the Thirty Competitors from each college.
Each team will only be informed of the rules of one Unique Game at a time, and will be given these rules the evening before its designated day. For example: the teams will be informed of Unique Game 1’s rules the evening before, but none others. They will learn Unique Game 2’s rules on the evening of Day 1, and so on and so forth.
Individual duels will be not be determined by individual teams, participants will be set against one another by the Tournament Committee based on several factors.
Participants may choose which members of their team will compete in the unique games of each Competition Day. *Repeat participation is expressly not allowed.* For example, if Hero A participates in Unique Game 1, Hero A cannot participate in *any* Unique Game thereafter. Their participation will only continue in the Finals and their own Individual Duel.
Once all four Competition & Rest Days have been completed, the Semi-Finals will begin. For Three Days, all competitors who have not fought in their Individual Duel’s will do so during this time.
A final Day of Rest for all competing colleges will be provided. After this, the Finals will begin. The details of the Finals will be revealed the day of, and the participation rule is waved.
The winner of the Tournament of Heroes will be determined by who has the most points.
# Special Regulations:
**Motion 1.1** \- As powers have increased in scale and lethality, all battles must be waged with only the intent to disable or defeat. Killing a fellow competitor is expressly prohibited and any offending party will be disqualified along with their entire school, and pursued to any extent of the law as required.
**Resolution** \- The motion was passed unanimously by the Rules Committee.
**Motion 1.2** \- In addition, the recent revelation of Male Vulnerability calls into question the fairness between Female and Male competitors. Strikes to Male Genitalia are strictly prohibited, as Male competitors do not have the ability to shut down their Female opponents powers with the same ease.
**Resolution** \- The amendment was denied unanimously by the Rules Committee, led by The Number 9 Ranked Hero, Nightshade. The argument against was that blows to the testicles are not lethal and only disabling, and therefore should be allowed by the wording of Motion 1.1.
*Three of the four male committee members were rushed to the infirmary after the vote was taken for testicular treatment and recovery. Their fragile balls made a full recovery after several days.*
**Motion 2.1** \- All outside equipment, unless connected or necessary for a competitors super power due to super evolution and adaption to the modern age, is strictly prohibited. Heroes must compete on the merits of their own inherit abilities.
**Resolution** \- The motion was passed unanimously by the Rules Committee.
**Motion 2.2** \- The sole exception of which will be protective cups for Male and Female genitalia.
**Resolution** \- The amendment was denied unanimously by the Rules Committee.
*Only one of the four male members of the Rules Committee was rushed to the infirmary for testicular treatment and recovery. He is still recovering from the devastating damage to his testicles, which, according to anonymous testimony, was dealt by a measly 50% knee.*
# Point System:
**Preliminary Round(s)** \- There will be no points awarded to any team that passes the Preliminary Round(s) The Preliminary Round(s) only serve as a qualifier.
**Competition Days 1-4, The Unique Games** \- Each round of Unique Games will award 2 Points to the victorious team of the Unique Game. There will be 0 Points Deductions from the losing team.
**Individual Duels, Days 1-4** \- Duels will award 2 Points to the victor’s team, deduct 0 Points from the loser’s team, and award .5 Points to each team in the event of a draw.
**Semi-Finals** \- Duels will award 3 Points to the victor’s team, deduct 0 Points from the loser’s team, and award 1 Point to each team in the event of a draw.
**Finals** \- Details to be provided upon start of Finals.
# Preliminary Rules & Results:
**Rules** \- The Preliminary Round(s) for this year’s tournament will be broken up into three stages. An Escape “Room”, an Obstacle Course, and a Race. The first five teams that complete all three rounds of the Preliminaries will qualify their college into the Tournament of Heroes!
**Results** \- 38 Colleges entered the Preliminary Round(s), 31 (82%) of which were all male and 1 (3%) of which was all female. The Preliminary Rounds ended with five victorious teams.
The five qualifying Colleges are as follows: Hero University, Lionheart University, College of Courage City, Paragon City College, and Idol Community College.
Hero University & Lionheart University tied for first place. College of Courage City came in third, Paragon City College came in fourth, and Idol Community College came in last.
The Female Competitors made up 7.5% of participants, and were responsible for 88% of eliminations, all of which were male, and made up 44% of victorious participants. Idol Community College’s team was responsible for more than 50% of eliminations.
The Male Competitors made up 92.5% of participants, and were responsible for 12% of eliminations and made up 56% of victorious participants.
**Standings -** Five-way tie, no points awarded from Preliminary Round(s).
# Competition Day 1 - Capture The Flag: Hero University vs College of Courage City
**Rules**: Five members from opposing teams will start on opposite ends of a modified arena. Each team will have a base with a flag. The goal of the game is to steal the opposing team’s flag and bring it back to base. Competitors may fight and disable one another. The first team to capture the flag wins.
HU Participants:
Julio, Frederick, Saul, Arthur & Carly
CoCC Participants:
Melody, Astro, Foster, Emmet, & Herald
**Results**: HU emerged victorious, capturing the enemy flag. There were eight eliminations total, described below.
Julio: Handedly defeated by Melody, who kicked his balls, then trapped his nuts in a deathly grip. She spun his nuts around for two minutes, nearly destroying his manhood.
Frederick: Suffered a shin kick to his balls, and then a full power soccer kick from Melody, that shattered all his strength.
Saul: Suspended by his testicles, once again from Melody. Once he admitted defeat, she crushed his testicles with a swift punt.
Herald: Kicked in the balls from behind by Carly, was then shoved against a tree and had his testicles squished into the tree bark from an obliterating knee.
Arthur: Also kicked from behind by Emmet. He called on all his strength to fight, but Emmet scrambled his testicles with a knee. Melody proceeded to trample on his balls for the rest of the match, torturing his balls in various ways.
Foster: Carly delivered multiple heel hooks to his balls. She then smashed him against the wall with her butt, and then crushed his testicles between the wall and her heel.
Astro: Received multiple snap kicks to the testicles from Carly. Was sent into unconsciousness with a butt bomb right on his balls.
Emmet: Caught off guard, Carly drove an uppercut into his balls, crushing them against his pelvis. She then dragged him across the entire arena by his balls, forcing him to score the winning point for HU. Carly crushed his testicles with a final stomp.
**Post-Game Duels**:
Carly vs Herman - After a brief fight, where Carly was being overwhelmed, Carly managed to turn Herman’s power against him; forcing Herman to obliterate his testicles with shockwaves emitted from his wrists.
Beverly vs Leo - A significant upset, Leo overwhelmed Carly with his physical superiority and skill. But she used the destruction of the arena to her advantage, attacking Leo’s testicles from underneath him. She lifted Leo into the air by his balls and walked him over to the edge of the arena, where she then punted his testicles into his throat with a soccer kick, knocking him out of the arena.
Trevor vs Emrys - Trevor defeated Emrys under 30 seconds, blasting her out of bounds with a gust of air.
Joey vs Melody - Joey managed a victory over Melody, throwing her out of the ring while she squeezed his testicles in an iron grip. Medics managed to heal Joey, Melody took no damage.
