Humming noise at 35 mph+

I have a humming noise that happens when I drive 35 mph+ I raised each corner and 49cked the wheel to see if it was a wheel bearing or not but there was also no play coming up and down or side to side. I am not sure if it is still a wheel bearing or not just wanted to see if anyone has had the same issue and what their diagnosis is.
