Leslie Knope and Ben Wyatt, Parks and Rec: Both are very motivated and competent government officials who climb in their careers to become, respectively, >!governor of Indiana and a congressman!<. Super impressive and they both love that the other is so motivated.
Janine Teagues and Gregory Eddie, Abbott Elementary: I just started watching the show but these two were the motivation for my post. Both are amazing teachers who care a lot about making their profession better! And clearly both love how competent the other is :)
Shane Hollander and Ilya Rozanov, Heated Rivalry: One of the best quotes about them in the book is, "We were supposed to stand alone at the top, but we will always be there together." They're the only ones who can keep up with one another on the ice, literally challenging each other to improve. And, very obviously both find it attractive...
