I recently deleted my entire collection. Should I start again or stay away from this addiction

I recently deleted my entire collection and I'm really confused. I'm not sure if I want to try to build it up again or keep it deleted. I can't stop thinking about it and how much happier I'd be with all that porn but also it's good that I deleted it, right?
