Story genres

Noticed a bunch of feedback has come up story categories and tagging stories.

Today, we allow loose tags on stories to enable specificity and search.

It seems like you all like tags, but also RedQuillers are craving some fixed categories - horror, sci-fi, others coming up that look like genres.

Looking for anyone's opinions about this.
