Where is the Co Op?!?

I am caught up with the story and have max interknot level! I should be able to do the commbat Co Op right? WHere is it?! I can't find it anywhere!!!!

Do i need to do a side quest??? Is it hidden in a menu I'm too blind to see???!!?!?!
